My buddy Tee Dubose of Keller-Williams Realty in Sumter sent me to a house about five minutes from my home and close to Sumter High School.
This red brick home has such a great curb appeal. The year is beautifully cultivated, and you can tell this place has been taken care of over the years. It was still occupied, so I got to meet the homeowner and talk with her for a little bit while I did my work.
She is downsizing from this multi-bedroom house, which has held so many memories for her. This is one of those homes that I have worked on that I would consider buying for myself!
