Rock Star Medicine

Those close to me know I love to sing.

In the shower.

In the car.

Working in the kitchen.

I’ve even done karaoke once in my life.

I don’t plan to go on tour anytime roon. Nor will I ever be a vocalist in a band. And I’m good with that.

But I will keep singing. Why? Because I enjoy doing it.

According to Why singing is surprisingly good for your health, it may also benefit my health.

The article talks about the added benefit of singing with others; I don’t see that happening anytime soon. And I’m good with that.

What song do I turn to? It all depends on my mood.

Is there one song you like to sing along with? Leave it in the comments below.
