First real estate assignment for the new year

My pal, Tee Dubose, of Keller-Williams Realty in Sumter, contacted me the other day needing some urgent photography of a new property.

I headed over to the house on my lunch break to take advantage of a sunny day with blue skies to frame this white house. The day before, severe storms were rolling through the area, so the bright sunshine was a welcome change of pace.

This property is a cute one. The house has been given some love and has a lot of excellent features in it. The property is long and narrow, measuring more than two acres. It also comes with a fenced-in pool with a bathhouse.

Tee got the house listed on Zillow yesterday; you can check out the listing for yourself here.
