Tee Dubose, of Keller-Williams Realty in Sumter, contacted me again earlier this week with a property he needed to have photographed.
This property is on the south side of town, not too terribly far from where I live. (It would have taken a little less time to get there had it not been for a road closure, which impacted the direct route to the property.) The property owner wasn’t home from work when I arrived, but her brother could show me the property and give me a tour before the photo session.
I’ll post an update below once this property is formally listed on the market.
Nov 27, 2023 Update: The seller has put the process of selling this property on hold, so I can’t reveal the photos now. Once the listing goes live, I will update the blog.
