I got a text message this morning from my friend Tee Dubose, of Keller-Williams Realty in Sumter. He has a home getting ready to go on the market and needs some photo work done.
Back in Indiana, I photographed houses for two Realtor® friends—Brad and Steve—so I was happy to lend an eye to help Tee out.
It was a short 10 minute trip over to the property to get the interior and exterior photos for the listing.
Having been a home buyer (and seller), I understand the importance of quality property photos particularly with the proliferation of national listing sites like Zillow which opens the local real estate market to buyers from across the country. That is especially important in a military town such as Sumter which has families coming in from across the globe.
